CONTINUOUS PROCESS TECHNOLOGY
Our continuous processing facility is designed for consistent product quality and higher production throughput. Continuous operations enable controlled processing conditions and support the manufacture of products with uniform characteristics and specifications.
BATCH PROCESS TECHNOLOGY
Our batch processing facility provides a high degree of operational flexibility and product configuration capability. The technology enables LPPL to manufacture a diverse range of products and accommodate varying feedstock characteristics, including heavier and broader-range hydrocarbons.
The combination of these two technologies gives LPPL the flexibility to respond to changing market requirements while maintaining an efficient and diversified manufacturing platform.

Dedicated Storage for Operational Efficiency
LPPL has dedicated product storage facilities with an aggregate capacity of approximately 2,700 KL, covering A, B and C Class storage requirements.
The integrated storage infrastructure supports efficient coordination between feedstock receipt, processing, blending, finished-product storage, and dispatch, contributing to smooth plant operations.

Our facility is supported by a dedicated QC and R&D function, backed by a team of experienced technical professionals. The department plays an important role in product development, process optimization, quality evaluation, and maintaining consistency across product categories.

Our capabilities support the development and production of a broad range of high-, medium-, and low-aromatic solvents, specialty oils, and industrial solvents.
IN-HOUSE LABORATORY
Our in-house laboratory is equipped to conduct major quality tests required for the evaluation and control of our petroleum products. Laboratory instruments and testing systems are maintained and calibrated to support reliable analytical results.
The QC and R&D team works closely with manufacturing to provide feedback on raw materials, process conditions, intermediate products, and finished products, helping maintain the required quality standards throughout the production cycle.
